\tThe following article below will demonstrate how to setup your WebSmith Cloud Email account with Outlook 2013.<\/h2>\n

Let’s take a look at the steps below to get you going:<\/p>\n

1. Open the side charms by moving your mouse to the top right of the screen. Then click Search<\/strong>. Search for Mail<\/em> then click on Settings<\/strong>. ( for Windows 7 and below go to Start -> Control Panel and search for Mail<\/em>)<\/p>\n

2. On the left side of the screen click on Mail<\/strong>. Then Click on Add\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n

3. The Profile Name can be anything you would like. Click Next<\/strong> and select Manual setup or additional server types<\/strong>. Select IMAP<\/strong> and click Next<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

4. In this new Window input the corresponding information.<\/p>\n

    a. User Information (Recipient will see)<\/p>\n

        i. Full name: First and Last Name<\/p>\n

        ii. Email address: user@domain.com<\/a><\/p>\n

    b. Server Information (Servers that the email will use)<\/p>\n

        ii. Incoming IMAP settings:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n

        iii. Outgoing (SMTP) Settings<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n
\t\t\t\t\tServer<\/td>\n \t\t\t\t\tSSL<\/td>\n \t\t\t\t\tPort<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\t\t\t\t\tsmtp.emailsrvr.com<\/td>\n \t\t\t\t\tNo<\/td>\n \t\t\t\t\t25, 2525, 587, 8025<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\t\t\t\t\tsecure.emailsrvr.com<\/td>\n \t\t\t\t\tYes<\/td>\n \t\t\t\t\t465<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

    c. Logon Information (Credentials the email will authenticate with)<\/p>\n

        i. Username: user@domain.com<\/a><\/p>\n

        ii. Password: Password assigned to you<\/p>\n

5. Click on More Settings<\/strong> then click the Outgoing Server<\/strong> Tab<\/p>\n

    a. Check the box for My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    b. Check the button for Use same settings as my incoming mail server<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

6. Click on the Advanced<\/strong> Tab<\/p>\n

    a. If using secure.emailsrvr.com first change Use the following type of encrypted connection:<\/strong>  to SSL<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    b. Then change the port numbers to match the chart on step 4.b. Click OK<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

7. Click \u201cNext\u201d Outlook will now attempt to send a test message using the settings we have just put in. If everything was up in correctly the message will send out successfully.<\/p>\n
