\t\t\t\t\tOutlook for mac is finally here! Mac users can now setup their Microsoft Exchange account using Outlook 2011 and these instructions will get you up and running.<\/h2>\n

Let’s take a look at the steps below to get you going: <\/p>\n

  1. \t\t\t\t\t\tFirst thing you’ll want to do is open up Outlook 2011 and from the Outlook drop-down menu, select Preferences<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. \t\t\t\t\t\tOn the Preferences menu, you’ll select Accounts <\/strong>and on the accounts screen, select E-Mail Account<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      1. \t\t\t\t\t\tEnter your email address & password and the box will then expand. You’ll enter the following information below:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        • \t\t\t\t\t\tUsername – Enter your entire email address (e.g. myname@mydomain.com)<\/li>\n
        • \t\t\t\t\t\tType – Select IMAP<\/strong> from the drop-down menu.<\/li>\n
        • \t\t\t\t\t\tIncoming server: secure.emailsrvr.com Port: 993 <\/strong>Check the “Override default port<\/strong>” & “Use SSL to connect<\/strong>” boxes.<\/li>\n
        • \t\t\t\t\t\tOutgoing server: secure.emailsrvr.com Port: 465 <\/strong>Check the “Override default port<\/strong>” & “Use SSL to connect<\/strong>” boxes.

          \t\t\t\t\tNote: <\/strong>If you already have an account(s) configured, select the plus symbol in the lower left hand corner, then select Email Account<\/em>. <\/p>\n

          1. \t\t\t\t\t\tClick Add Account <\/strong>and the click “More Options<\/strong>” under outgoing server.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
