Next, click the <strong>OK<\/strong> button and on the <strong>Edit Account<\/strong> screen, perform the following steps:<\/p>\n<p class=\"auto-style1\"> \tAccount Name &#8211; Enter a descriptive name for the account.<\/p>\n<p class=\"auto-style1\"> \tName &#8211; This is the name that will appear in the <strong>From<\/strong> field of messages you send.<\/p>\n<p class=\"auto-style1\"> \tE-mail address &#8211; Enter in your entire email address (e.g. myname@mydomain.com).<\/p>\n<p class=\"auto-style1\"> \tAccount ID &#8211; Enter in your entire email address (e.g. myname@mydomain.com).<\/p>\n<p class=\"auto-style1\"> \tIMAP server &#8211; Enter the secure server name:&nbsp;<strong>secure.emailsrvr.com<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"auto-style1\"> \tPassword &#8211; Enter the password for your email account.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p> \t<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-692\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/gotowebsmith.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/SettingUpEmailEntourageIMAP3.png\" width=\"477\" height=\"555\" srcset=\"https:\/\/gotowebsmith.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/SettingUpEmailEntourageIMAP3.png 477w, https:\/\/gotowebsmith.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/SettingUpEmailEntourageIMAP3-344x400.png 344w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 477px) 100vw, 477px\" \/><\/p>\n<p> \t4. Select the <strong>Click here for advanced receiving options<\/strong> button, located below the <strong>IMAP server<\/strong> box and in the pop-up screen, perform the following:<\/p>\n<p class=\"auto-style1\"> \tCheck the <strong>SMTP service requires a secure connection (SSL)<\/strong> box.<\/p>\n<p class=\"auto-style1\"> \tCheck the <strong>Override default SMTP port <\/strong>and be sure to implement&nbsp;<strong>465 <\/strong>in the box.<\/p>\n<p class=\"auto-style1\"> \tCheck the <strong>SMTP server requires authentication <\/strong>and&nbsp;leave the &#8220;<strong>Use the same settings as receiving mail server selected<\/strong>.&#8221;Leave&nbsp;the &#8220;<strong>domain for unqualified addresses<\/strong>&#8221; box blank.<\/p>\n<p> \t<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-693\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/gotowebsmith.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/SettingUpEmailEntourageIMAP4.png\" width=\"352\" height=\"247\" \/><\/p>\n<p> \t5.
