Any changes made on your device will be replicated on the server. Let&#8217;s take a look at how tp set this up:<\/p>\n<p>1. The &#8220;New Account&#8221; screen will appear and you&#8217;ll then Enter in the following information in the fields provided, and then tap the Save button.<\/p>\n<ul class=\"motivation-ul\"><\/ul>\n<p>Name &#8211; Enter in your first and last name. This is the name that will appear in the <strong>From<\/strong> field of messages you send.<br \/>\nAddress &#8211; Enter your entire email address (e.g., myname@mydomain.com).<br \/>\nPassword &#8211; Enter the password for your email account.<br \/>\nDescription &#8211; Enter a descriptive name for the account (e.g. Work Account). After your account has been looked up, you&#8217;ll then select IMAP located at the top and then enter in both the Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server&nbsp;fields with the following information:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"motivation-ul\"><\/ul>\n<p>Host Name &#8211; Enter in the secure server name:&nbsp;<strong>secure.emailsrvr.com<\/strong><br \/>\nUser Name &#8211; Enter in <u><strong>your <\/strong><\/u>entire email address (e.g., myname@mydomain.com).<br \/>\nPassword &#8211; Enter in the password for your email account.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"images\/(E&amp;A)SettingUpRackspaceEmailiPhone7.png\" style=\"width: 213px; height: 330px;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-800\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/gotowebsmith.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/EASettingUpRackspaceEmailiPhone8.png\" style=\"width: 213px; height: 330px;\" width=\"317\" height=\"477\" srcset=\"https:\/\/gotowebsmith.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/EASettingUpRackspaceEmailiPhone8.png 317w, https:\/\/gotowebsmith.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/EASettingUpRackspaceEmailiPhone8-266x400.png 266w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 317px) 100vw, 317px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>5. After you&#8217;ve entered in all the information, tap Save&nbsp;and the device will then verify your settings. After you&#8217;ve been verified, you&#8217;ll then be take to the&nbsp;Mail &amp; Notes&nbsp;screen.<\/p>\n<ul class=\"motivation-ul\"><\/ul>\n<h2> \tMapping Your Folders&nbsp;<\/h2>\n<p>Mapping your folders allows you to synchronize email across all your devices, email clients and the web. By default, some email clients and mobile devices&nbsp;create their own folders for Sent, Trash, Spam etc.&nbsp;You can map your sent, deleted, and spam messages to their proper folders as will as access any sub-folders you&#8217;ve created by following the procedure below:&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol class=\"motivation-ul\">\n<li> \t\tAfter you&#8217;ve set up your mail account, go back to your home screen and Tap your <strong>Mail<\/strong> icon.<\/li>\n<li> \t\tSelect your newly created <strong>Mailbox<\/strong> and let all your mail synchronize and then go back to your home screen.<\/li>\n<li> \t\tFrom the home screen tap&nbsp;<strong>Settings<\/strong>,<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>Mail<\/strong>,<strong> Contacts<\/strong>, <strong>Calendars<\/strong>, select your <strong>Account<\/strong>, and then select your<strong> Account <\/strong>one more time.<\/li>\n<li> \t\tYou&#8217;ll then tap <strong>Advanced<\/strong> located at the bottom, tap <strong>Drafts<\/strong>&nbsp;and on the next screen, select<strong> Drafts <\/strong>under the <strong>Server<\/strong> option.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"pintip-jck\"> \t<em>Note: Repeat step number 4 for your <strong>Sent<\/strong> and <strong>Trash<\/strong> folders.<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"pintip-jck\"> \t<em>Note:<\/em> <em>You&#8217;ll see that all your sub-folders have populated under the <strong>Server<\/strong> option<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Let&#8217;s get your WebSmith Cloud Email account setup on your iPhone using an IMAP connection.&nbsp; An IMAP connection allows you to access and manage your email directly from your Cloud Server.
